Forex News: EURUSD moves back lower. Fails to take out 1.4000 high

EURUSD has moved back below the 200 hour Moving average at the 1.3949 level. The upside momentum could not be maintained. In addition the 1.4000 was the high which will stick out like a soar thumb.
